Day 5: Philippi-Xanthi
Visit of Kavala and Philippi(16kms)where the first Christian in
Europe was baptized by St.Paul.Continue to Xanthi(56kms)and
Avdira(20kms)for sightseeing.Overnight in Xanthi.
Day 6: Lagos-Komonti-Alexandropolis
Continuation of your trip via Lagos (24kms southeast of Xanthi),a
Pretty village to the south of Lake Vistonis,a refuge for rare birds.On
to the lovely town of Komotini for sightseeing.You can also visit
Ancient Maronia(31km southeast of Komotini and then departure to
